This content aims to link the MFL curriculum to Careers, in line with Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG). The resource includes opportunities for reflection and discussion around transferable skills developed through language learning—specifically, Critical Thinking. It also provides examples of jobs that require both this skill and knowledge of languages. Videos have been removed for copyright reasons; however, teachers are encouraged to include relevant videos or practical activities to further support students’ reflection and understanding of the valuable skills gained through their language learning journey. The resource is originally designed for KS3 but can be used a a starting point for KS4 discussions. Any feedback is welcome.
